As he has done for the last several years, Mark Demorest, managing member of Demorest Law Firm, recently spoke to students enrolled at Wayne State University on the topic of legal issues pertaining to the employer-employee relationship. More specifically, Mr. Demorest discussed the legal complexities associated with developing criteria for job analysis and performance appraisal.
The class, titled “Job Analysis and Performance Criteria” is a graduate-level course for students majoring in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The class is instructed by Ms. Jessica Tower, founder of consulting company Tower & Co. and an adjunct professor in the Organizational Psychology Master’s Program at Wayne State University.
