Mark S. Demorest is the founder and Managing Member of Demorest Law Firm. Melissa Demorest LeDuc, Mark’s daughter, and Michael Hayes, Mark’s son-in-law, are also attorneys for the firm. Mark focuses his practice on litigation, business transactions, and real estate transactions. Melissa, who has been practicing for 19 years, focuses her practice on matters of business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.
