Demorest Law Firm is excited to announce that three of our attorneys are being recognized as Super Lawyers and Rising Stars this year! Melissa Demorest LeDuc is again being honored as a Super Lawyer, and Michael Hayes has again been selected as a Rising Star. Shelby Avery has been selected as a Rising Star for the first time.
Melissa focuses her practice on matters of business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. Michael works in our Northern Michigan office and handles business and real estate transactions and litigation. Shelby focuses on business litigation and transactions.
