Demorest Law Firm is proud to announce that Michael Hayes, a member of the firm, has recently been admitted to practice in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. The Sixth Circuit is the federal court that has appellate jurisdiction over the U.S. District Courts in four states: Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee.
As a newly admitted member of the Sixth Circuit bar, Attorney Hayes will be able to file pleadings and briefs for his clients, and advocate for their interests during oral arguments. This will add to the capabilities of Demorest Law Firm’s strong appellate practice.
