This time of the year in particular I am reminded of the Burger King commercial that asked the simple question “Where’s the beef?” This is so because with April 17th just around the corner, clients’ expecting refunds inevitability ask the same kind of question “When can I expect my refund.”
In that regard the IRS has a very useful web site that will give you an answer to refund status that is “quick, easy and secure.”
To check the status of your refund go to www.irs.gov and click on the where’s my refund section found on the IRS home page.
