Melissa and Reinier talk through the steps in the U.S. and Europe to protect a company’s intellectual property, work with non-disclosure agreements, and the importance of including non-competition, non-solicitation and social media clauses in your employment agreements. The article also discusses the differences in how non-competition and non-solicitation clauses are interpreted under Dutch law versus U.S. law.
